You may either choose POP3 or IMAP on your email program:
- POP3 will download all your emails to your computer and deletes them from the server. This keeps your mailbox empty so it will never get full.
- IMAP will keep all your emails on the server and your space usage will grow over time. Your mailbox can eventually become full, and you must delete some old message to free up space on the server. Choose IMAP when you need to access your emails from multiple devices at the same time.
